  1. Draft from primary sources: Tor Project specs, GetMonero docs, EFF research, on-chain methodology — never another news rewrite as a primary source.
  2. Technical check: escrow tables, handshake steps and checklists re-read against the cited docs.
  3. Freshness stamp: dateModified, sitemap lastmod and IndexNow ping on every change; next review date on the hub panel.
  4. Corrections in place with a dated note preserving the prior claim.

Who is behind it

Published by the Nexus Research Desk — a small independent archive team covering Tor infrastructure and privacy tooling.
